Once your TrueRef purchase is complete, the reference packs will be delivered digitally to your email.

All references are provided in JPG format and delivered in a .ZIP file. Each reference pack is under 5 gigs in size.

Reference packs are generally delivered instantly to the email address provided during the purchase process, although there may be rare instances of delays.

Yes! TrueRef+ is our all-in-one reference subscription plan that is currently hosted through Patreon. TrueRef+ unlocks the full TrueRef library and guarantees at least two new reference packs every month.

We launch at least two reference packs per month, each comprising a minimum of 450 images.

Our images can be used for personal and commercial projects, including digital illustrations, and photo editing. However, reselling or redistributing the images themselves is prohibited.

New work produced using TrueRef assets can be shared with other relevant parties. However, the original asset obtained from the library cannot be shared with any 3rd Party unless they acquire their own seprate license.

Absolutely! TrueRef assets are shot with both illustrators and photo editors in mind. Our assets can be used in any creative medium as long as it's transformative and ethical.

No, credit is not required but it is appreciated if you choose to do so. Our model's especially appreciate seeing your art!

Yes, all our images are royalty-free.

This means that after your initial purchase, you can use the images as often as you like for both personal and commercial projects without any additional fees, provided you comply with our terms of use.

Yes we have a short list of restrictions. The below uses are prohibited as per our terms of use.

• Using the images for pornographic, illegal, or morally objectionable purposes, or in ways that defame individuals depicted.
• Making the images available for free download on shared drives, websites, or services.
• Using the images to train AI or ML models.

Artistic and implied nudity, as well as themes of horror, the occult, and other macabre subjects, are permitted.

TrueRef values creative expression and does not aim to restrict it. Our terms are designed primarily for the safety and comfort of the models we work with, applying only to extreme circumstances and themes.

It is unlikely that your project will cross into "morally objectionable" territory unknowingly, but if you have any concerns or need clarification, please feel free to contact us.
