1. Grant of License

TrueRef grants Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the images ("Images") provided by TrueRef for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

Recipient shall not:

• Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Images to any third party.
• Utilize the Images in any manner that violates the Prohibited Use of Content terms outlined below.

3. Individual Licensing

Each pack of Images purchased from TrueRef grants a license to a single individual only. If multiple individuals within a team or organization wish to use the Images, each individual must purchase their own pack.

4. Permitted Use and Modification

Recipient is permitted to use the Images in premade materials or templates, provided that:

• The Images have been significantly edited, modified, or remixed to create a new work that is substantially different from the original Image.
• The modified Images are not redistributed, sold, or included in any premade material or template without significant alteration.

5. Streaming Use

You are permitted to show or display TrueRef Images on streaming platforms (such as Twitch, YouTube, etc.) for educational, entertainment, or demonstration purposes. This use does not count as redistribution and is fully allowed under this Agreement.

6. Prohibited Use of Content

Recipient is prohibited from:

• Using the Images for pornographic, illegal, or morally objectionable purposes, or in contexts that may reasonably offend or defame individuals depicted in the Images.
• Making the Images available for free download on shared drives, services, software, or websites for exchange, transfer, or distribution.
• Transferring, reselling, sublicensing, renting, donating, or otherwise transferring the Images or associated rights to third parties.
• Using the Images to train artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

7. Termination

TrueRef reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the license granted to Recipient in the event of a breach of its terms. If termination occurs and the breach is not remedied, Recipient must:

• Cease all use of the relevant Images.
• Stop creating and distributing any end products that incorporate the Images.
• Destroy all copies of the Images in their possession.

8. Ownership

TrueRef retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Images. Recipient acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to them.
