Digital Goods
Due to the nature of our digital goods, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to our products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By purchasing digital goods from our store, you agree to these terms.
No Returns or Refunds
- Non-Returnable Products: All products sold on TrueRef are digital and delivered via instant download, making returns physically impossible.
- Non-Refundable Products: As digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur with the digital nature of the product we supply. Therefore, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.

Download and Unzipping issues: You may encounter problems downloading or unzipping the product. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Customer Service within 3 days from the date of purchase. If you do not contact us during this period, you agree that we may interpret silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a "download issue" reason.
