Can I use images from TrueRef+ if I've canceled my subscription?
Yes! The license provided with each pack download is perpetual, meaning you can continue using the images for your projects even after canceling your subscription. There's no need to re-license the images for future projects.
How do I download the assets once subscribed to TrueRef+?
- Once your membership is active, add any desired packs to your cart.
- Go to checkout — the packs will be marked as free.
- Complete the checkout process.
- After checkout, download links will appear on the confirmation page and will also be sent to your email.
Can I re-download packs?
Yes! You can redownload the packs as you need for as long as you have the membership active.
Can I share the assets with other people?
New work produced using TrueRef assets can be shared with other relevant parties. However, the original asset obtained from the library cannot be shared with any 3rd Party unless they acquire their own seprate license.

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?
Unfortunately, do to the nature of the digital files, we can not offer refunds or returns.
However, we provide a sample pack with 30+ photos from each TrueRef figure pack released! So you can try before you buy. You can obtain our sample pack by subscribing to our newsletter.
